This blog site has been developed for current, future, and retired trainers and the general public alike by VIP Fitness and Kinesiologists.ca. We believe most people are looking for a challenge to move their own fitness level forward or take it to the next level. Take this challenge and post your progress for the world to see.  What can you accomplish in 100 days?  Post a picture, declare your specific goal to the world!  We’ll all work together to keep each other accountable.  A start of January 1, 2011 is a great day to start, but today may be better.

Post your questions and comments.  Provide feedback and motivation to each other and help each other reach their goals.  If you have program design experience – help out.  If you have expertise in nutrition  - help where you can too!

I’d like to see 100 people join the 100 day challenge.  That is the first goal, so let’s get started.
